This large 1-bedroom cinder block cottage boasts a beautiful view of the lake from the rear patio – and it’s only 70 yards from the lake!
The space includes a shower-bath and a small living room area that flows into the kitchen. Amenities include a new wall heater/AC dual unit in the living room and a window A/C unit in the bedroom, with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed.
This pet-friendly cottage can sleep up to 2 adults and one kid maximum*, and includes a truck/trailer parking area for fishermen.
*Please note that this is only a 1 bedroom cottage with two beds.

Amenities & Features
All cottages have fully equipped kitchens including stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and dish soap.
All linens are provided including bath/kitchen towels and bed linens (note that bath/kitchen towels are exchanged on Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
All cottages have charcoal grills, fire pit (first fire on us!) patio table and chairs, over-the-air TV with streaming channels when available, and free basic wireless internet at each cottage. All cottages have heat and air conditioning.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

Cash Is King! Get a 3% discount when paying in cash at check-in.
Each additional person over 4 years of age: $15/day or $75/week.
Pets welcome in Cottages 4, 6, and 8 only at $20 per night, per pet (*with limit of 2 per cottage). Call us if your pets are over 50 lbs. Pets must be leashed at all times.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex (Checks accepted in advance).
Pricing does not include state or local taxes. Initial booking deposits are not charged a processing fee.
